Introduction to the packaging of TAOG stone products

Export Wooden Packaging :

Fully covered with plastic film, waterproof and rain proof.

All wooden case materials are fumigated at high temperatures. The wooden cases are marked with fumigation marks that are recognized by the customs authorities of all countries. We can also provide a fumigation certificate issued by the State Inspection and Quarantine Administration of China.

The usual order size is about 1 to 1.2 tons per wooden crate

For long slabs or paving stones:
Each crate weights about 1.2 to 1.5 tons

Ultra-thick paving stones are packaged using pallets because there is no risk of damage and costs need to be reduced.

Most stone orders are loaded onto trucks, transported to the dock, and then loaded into containers by dock forklifts.
However, sometimes we bring containers to the factory and have our workers load the goods into the containers themselves.

For large slabs: Each crate weighs about 1.5 to 2 tons

For large stone slabs, TAOG stone loads them by bringing containers to the factory and having our workers reinforce the packaging themselves to ensure safety.

All packing crates for orders are designed according to the size of the container to minimize the risk of damage caused by shaking during transportation.

Customs Clearance Documents

We will provide all necessary customs clearance documents for our customers. All bills of lading are in triplicate, and we will stamp and endorse them according to standard procedures. The customs invoices and packing lists are also standard triplicates, and the content of the customs invoices and packing lists is guaranteed to be the same as the content and HS code on the bill of lading. If the transaction is T/T, as long as the customer pays the full payment before shipment, the bill of lading can be telex released, and customs documents such as invoices and packing lists can be faxed. The certificate of origin will also be produced in a timely manner according to the requirements of the other country. We can let customers review all customs documents in advance before producing the formal documents and then send them.

Fumigation is generally indicated by a sticker on the wooden packaging box (the English name for this sticker is a "fumigation sticker"). Countries such as Australia, the United States, Canada, South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Israel, Brazil, Chile, and Panama all require fumigation disinfection.

The European Union requires an Entry Summary Declaration (ENS) for all goods imported into the EU¹. Canada, Cambodia, United Arab Emirates, Doha, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka all require a certificate of origin

A certificate of origin (CO) is a document used in international trade to identify a product's country of origin. The CO will also detail the product's specifications and the identities of the exporter and importer. The CO is used for customs purposes, especially when a tariff or other import duty is required

Stone Cargo ShippingInformation:

Stone is heavy and isusually transported using dry containers. The standard size for thesecontainers is 20x8x8 feet 6 inches, commonly referred to as a 20-footcontainer. The internal dimensions are 5898x2352x2390mm, with a volume of 28cubic meters. Most containers have a weight limit of 17 to 21 tons (notincluding the weight of the container itself), and each cubic meter of stoneweighs approximately 2.5 tons.

Some cargo with special dimensions mayrequire an open-top container. A 20-foot open-top container has internaldimensions of 5.89x2.32x2.31 meters, a maximum gross weight of 20 tons, and avolume of 31.5 cubic meters.
